A Hyderabad Based IT Services Company Employee strength of 200+ Annual Revenue was INR 7Crs. 1 big customer (Dev.) accounting for more than 50% of revenue. 4 US customers. 4 people lead generation team and 1 pre-sales person also acting like a sales person. No Account Management. What We Did For Them: Changed their positioning to a Testing Company. Created a plan to focus on BFSI and Technology verticals. Created a Roadmap for the growth with focus on some existing and new accounts. Expanded their Sales Team which included Head of Global Sales, Head of Lead Generation and Regional Sales Manager for South India.
