PLURALS EXCEPTIONS: 1. If the noun ends in – s, - ss, - sh,- o, -x or - ch, add – es. bus- buses class-classes wish- wishes match- matches box-boxes tomato-tomatoes
PLURALS EXCEPTIONS: 2. If the noun ends in a consonant + - y, the y changes to ies. country, countries party, parties But if the noun ends in a vowel + - y, the y doesn’t change. Key, keys day,days
