  • Educational Master Plans completed for BCC, Merritt and College of Alameda, ( Laney to complete by December 2009).
  • Resource Master Plans to be completed and presented to Committees through new Planning and Budgeting Integration Model.

  • The Goal was to increase non-general fund money to be twice what it was in 07-08. (contract education, funds from fundraising, international tuition, out-of–state tuition, grant money, etc.)
  • The goal was met and exceeded. Went from Just over $8 million in non-general fund money to over $20 million.
