American Recovery andReinvestment Act (ARRA) 2009 • Several waterways, locks and navigation structures have been identified to potentially receive ARRA funds in FY09. • If projects are approved, these funds will be used for dredging and non-dredging contracts. • HQ is currently reviewing ARRA funding and will determine which projects receive ARRA funds. • Additional funding anticipated for construction projects.
