Panda Bear • Distinguishing a Panda • Pandas are mostly black and white • They have black round circles around the eyes to scare off predators • Pandas weigh about 100-150 kilograms • Part of the Bear family • Panda’s Home • Originated from China • They live in the forest where there are tons of trees and bamboos to chew on.

  4. The Hobbies • Pandas typically have several hobbies • Eating • They spend about 12-14 hours a day just on eating bamboos! • Sleeping • After eating, Pandas would sleep than do exercises • Playing • Panda cubs usually play while the adults are busy eating or sleeping.

  5. The PandaDiet • Pandas are Herbivores • Pandas strictly only eat a vegetarian diet • Type of foods they eat • Pandas mainly eat bamboos

Endangered Creatures • Why Pandas are disappearing? • Pandas only have one cub at a time • Sometimes a mother panda do not take care of the newborn cub • There are only about 100 pandas left in the world • The majority of the pandas are located in China where they are taken care of in special facilities.
