  1. Important Factors Regarding the Design and Manufacture of Bottle Caps A lot of factors impact the design and manufacture of bottle caps while ensuring insulation. Properties of plastic products, design of the mold, structure and composition of the mold and several other components play a key role. The software used in the process is mostly AutoCAD. Product process Considering the characteristic of the plastic products, the selection of product material is made. As there are different plastic materials, choices could be many. However, various characteristics such as shrinkage, fluidity, etc. play a major role in selection. When it comes to designing the product or bottle caps, it’s essential to pay attention to the structure of the bottle cap mold, which could be sanitizer bottle cap mold or even more complex structure. In the designing process, attention remains on the simple structure so that the cost can remain low. It must have a uniform wall thickness because the plastic products are known to undergo shrinkage. If thickness will not be uniform, it can cause the product to deform. In addition, it should produce a cap design that allows easy use. The key point of consideration is the economics of designing the mold so that the product produced meet the functional as well as the cost requirements.
