Butane & What Is So Special About It

Butane is an organic compound made of four carbon atoms that are covered by ten hydrogen atoms. Being a colourless, flammable and odourless gas, it can ignite very quickly. Derived from two words u2013 but- means butter and -ane. It was discovered by the chemist named Edward Frankland in the year 1849.
