  • To give a brief overview of where the Children Centre programme is now nationally
  • To examine the present challenges of implementing the programme in Lambeth
  • To highlight the messages for Phase 3

  • Ensure services are meeting the needs of children and their families in their local area
  • Data to inform national and local progress –JAR, APA, Children and Young People’s Plan
