Assist reporting unit commanders in the following: Accurate and timely reporting Problem resolution Quality control Retrieval of Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) manpower, personnel, and pay information in garrison or while deployed. MISSO’s Goal is not only to teach ‘How’ to use class one systems, but ‘Why’ we use class one systems.

    5. MISSO supports over 395 RUCs 60 sites visits per Fiscal Year. Provide training (classes)during Site visits & Workshops Powerpoint classes on website unique to Reserve Unit Diary Reporting Daily Phone calls & PIR data base Website Management Conduct ‘Desktop to Desktop’ assistance via Net Meeting

Units can submit problems (PIRs) thru the Website www.missa.manpower.usmc.mil Register on the website to submit PIRs Attach supporting documentation Each ticket assigned a number Goal is 48 hour completion time View status and notes of PIRs submitted Units Receive Emails when comments are made by analyst or PIR is closed Contact MISSO office with PIR number for updates

    7. Future Workshops March 2011 Workshop for I-I administrators Target Administrators serving on I&I duty for the first time or those who have not attended a workshop within the last 18 months. MOL Training Management System Workshop Target Sgt’sMaj/1stSgt’s and Training Chiefs serving on I&I duty or those who are pending orders to an I&I or Reserve command.

    9. MARADMIN 068/2010 April 2005 DD 2875 SAARs not excepted past February 28, 2010. August 2009 DD 2875 SAARs will be completed during annual Information Assurance Training. January 1, 2011 all April 2005 DD 2875 SAARs will no longer be valid. Accounts will be deleted that do not have a valid/updated SAAR on file.
