Titanium grade 2 coils provides mildly reducing media, neutral and corrosion resistance within oxidizing while Titanium Grade 2 sheets is a pure titanium where surface oxidization is required to stop seizing upon drawing. The last one is, titanium Grade 2 plates pretend a little better corrosion resistance. About Titanium Gr. 2 Sheets, Plates & Coils The size of these three materials is divided into different categories- 2000mm x 4000mm, 1000mm x 2000mm, 1500mmx 3000mm, 1220mm x 2440mm and 2000mm x 2000mm. The thickness of such materials is in between 01mm to 12mm. Also, the different forms of such materials like the plain sheet, strip, flange (ring), shim sheet, rolls, coils, circle (blank). It is being given finish using the cold rolled sheet, hot rolled sheet, and plastic coating. The hardness of the materials are also in different kinds like spring hard, soft, half hard, hard, quarter hard etc. While Titanium Grade 2 Sheets plates coils packaging following are the things included marks and numbers, gross weight and net weight and number of boxes.
