We also help organisations to develop their own community engagement strategies, specific to their work and community context. LEARN Our online and in-person professional development programs range from courses for those getting started, to practical training for community facilitators, to training in strategic community engagement for program designers and managers. We also provide team packages, tailored to fit organisational needs. NETWORK The Bridging Peoples Network is an online community of researchers, aid & development professionals, trainers, and social change makers from around the world. Members benefit from a range of resources, events and webinars, learning from us, and with each other. The network is free to join. PODCAST Bridging Peoples Podcast takes you behind the scenes to talk with researchers and practitioners about their work in different parts of the world. Every conversation brings you a mix of research, stories and insights from from people doing fascinating things, in fascinating places. About Us Bridging Peoples first began in Timor-Leste in 2015. Our mission is to promote sustainable development through effective community engagement in Timor-Leste. The idea was simple: to see if

Since then, we have gone from strength to strength, transforming from a small consulting outfit based in Timor-Leste to a global network of like-minded professionals, all committed to improving the impact of aid and development by bridging the critical gap between aid organisations and local communities.
