  1. Welcome to Harmony at Hand Red Deer Massage About Us Harmony at Hand Massage and Wellness is a multi-modality clinic that can fill all your needs for feeling better. We offer Massage Therapy Red Deer, and Reflexology. We offer therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal (with the pillows to allow you to lay face down), hot stone and cupping. Reflexology, which is said to induce the healing process even alleviating some ailments. All while serving the client with easy to access hydraulic tables and large treatment rooms. Harmony at Hand is also a huge supporter of local community events. You can find our team volunteering with youth sports and community events. Therapists Rachel Deetjen: Owner/ R.M.T Rachel has been practicing massage therapy for 11 years and received her training in Red Deer at the Alberta Institute of Massage Therapy. Over her 11 years she has gained the knowledge of Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Prenatal, Therapeutic, Deep tissue, and Relaxation techniques. Rachel also takes a “speak when spoken to” approach. If you just want to enjoy the treatment without the unnecessary chit-chat, she is your therapist.

  2. Heidi Roy: Reflexologist Reflexology Red Deer - Heidi has more than 10 years of experience working in the massage and wellness profession. She was among the top of her class when she completed her reflexology certificate in 2019 from the Alberta Institute of Massage. Heidi’s favorite part of the job is observing the benefits reflexology provides for her clients, whether it be pain relief, sleep benefits or helping expectant mothers with prenatal discomforts and labour induction. Cindy Hallock: R.M.T Cindy loves to get to know her clients and tailor their treatment plan especially for them. Cindy is knowledgeable in areas of anatomy and what needs to be treated to fix the issue. Sports massage, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, and Hot Stone massage are all areas that she can draw from; to benefit her clients best. Jacquelyn Shaflik: R.M.T Jacquie has a unique ability for understand what is causing pain and issues in the body. While she excels in deep tissue, Jacquie can very easily adjust the pressure to fit your needs.
