But how to take this negative feedback or in other words Criticism sportingly and not let it destroy our self confidence. You will see a positive difference for yourself. Whenever we are criticised, we start to believe that people are criticising you and not your work. This perception of being attacked at the personal level needs to be altered. Develop a quality of separating your personal life from professional. This can help you understand that the criticism is directed to improve your work.
