The 몭lm, which was conceptualised by Spring Marketing Capital, attempts to symbolise folks who choose to remain in on New Year’s Eve and wish everyone a Happy Snooze Year rather than a Happy New Year.  In collaboration with Spring Marketing Capital, Wake몭t.co, India’s leading D2C home and sleep solutions provider, presents the “Honest New Year Party Rant,” which stars popular comic Kumar Varun.   The majority of people’s perceptions on the trouble and pressure of establishing New Year’s resolutions are captured in the 몭lm.  The video starts out lightheartedly with Kumar Varun losing his cool over the countless “New Year’s Party” advertising promising a wonderful time in people’s life on December 31st and charging expensive cover prices.   As the movie goes on, he discusses how individuals are perceived when they don’t have a boast-worthy New Year’s plan and challenges the idea of partying till the wee hours of the morning rather than unwinding at home and spending time with your loved ones.  The dilemma of how and where to celebrate New Year’s Eve arises as the year approaches to a conclusion.   The advertising promotion focuses on how staying in and spending time with your loved ones while curled up in bed or on the couch has become the new normal.   The Honest New-Year Party Rant video seeks to relate to how most people have been feeling as we approach the end of the year and to normalise staying in for a quiet New Year’s Eve.  Companies Saying  Prateek Malpani, Head of Brand at Wake몭t.co, expressed his thoughts on the video, saying, the inspiration for this video originated from their talks with consumers who have given home a whole new meaning as they navigate life post-pandemic.   Instead of being a passive place where people would only retire after a hard day, the house has evolved into an active, dynamic area that accommodates a variety of activities. Going out used to be the de몭nition of having fun, but as customers have expressed, they now spend a lot more time at home for celebrations, get-togethers, and events.
