  2. 61.83 lakh Brightcom Group shares were traded, more than double the average of 30.70 lakh shares traded daily over the previous two weeks on the BSE.   In Wednesday’s trading (December 21, 2022), Brightcom Group shares increased 10% on high volume. The stock increased 9.6% in early trading to reach a high of Rs 35.90.    A total of 61.83 lakh shares of Brightcom Group were traded, more than double the average of 30.70 lakh shares traded daily over the previous two weeks on the BSE.   Having said that, there were 18,30,802 sell orders on the BSE compared to 7,00,835 purchase orders for equities. 3,56,43,168 shares were exchanged in total on NSE. The revenue was Rs. 123.28 crore.   Following rumours that the promoters’ NSDL accounts had been suspended, the 몭rm recently made headlines. Later, the corporation stated that “contrary to false rumours on social media,” its promoter shares were not frozen.   The business stated that the promoter NSDL accounts were blocked on November 25 following Section 6 of SEBI LODR, 2015 due to a delay in the new Company Secretary’s starting date.   However, the business had previously informed the exchanges and the Company Secretary had been nominated during the board meeting on November 12. After that, the authorities reportedly gave a directive for the accounts to be unfrozen on November 29.   According to a recent Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation research, Brightcom Group had a 5-year CAGR of 92% and was the fourth-fastest wealth generator between 2017 and 2022. PAT for the business increased by a compounded annual rate of 16% over that time.   Conclusion  Ad-tech, New Media, and IoT-based companies are consolidated by Brightcom Group globally, especially in the digital eco-system.
