The shares of RACL Geartech Limited have increased by nearly 4,600% during the previous 10 years, providing huge rewards for long-term investors. At 14:50 on Friday, the shares were trading 1% down at Rs 740 on the BSE. The company’s market capitalization dropped to Rs 797.84 crore. The shares are now down more than 8% from its 52-week high of Rs 811, which was reached on December 6, 2022. According to HDFC Securities, the business has consistently seen signi몭cant and pro몭table development. According to the brokerage business, the company is the chosen supplier for certain premium OEMs including BMW, Kubota, DANA, and Lamborgini in foreign markets as well as Honda, Yamaha, KTM, and Piaggio in domestic markets. In the next two to three quarters, according to HDFC Securities, investors should purchase the stock in the Rs 710–725 range and add on falls in the Rs 640–655 range (18.5x Sep’24E EPS) for a base case fair value of Rs 785 (22.5x Sep’24E EPS) and bull case fair value of Rs 855 (24.5x Sep’24E EPS).
