PBX refers to a business telephone system to manage incoming and outgoing calls. • It helps to save the cost of a separate phone line for each user. • Traditional PBX was a hardware system to handle routing and call switching. • Some calling features of PBX are: call waiting, auto-attendant, message or music on “hold” functions, voice mails and more.
