  2. Imsag is Guyana Registry And International Maritime safety Agency of Guyana. The Purpose of the deeds and commercial registry is to administer the laws relating to Parliament affecting land. By the way of Transport, Leases, Mortgages or any other alienation. The laws relating to trademarks, Patents, Trade Unions, Business names, Power of Attorney, Bills of sale Contracts, and other deeds.

  3. THE DEED ARM The broad Registry comprises two broad sections: - 1. Conveyancing 2. Notarial The Deeds registry guided by the Deeds Registry at Chapter 5. The purpose of deeds is to efficiently administer the laws. Any person above the age of 18 can incorporate a company with the Guyana registry. The person must be of sound mind and not bankrupt.

  4. THE COMMERCIAL ARM The commercial registry is mandated to provide accessible and responsible services. The laws enacted by the parliament relating to companies, Bills of sales, trademarks, Geographical Indicator and Copyright.
