  2. What is NFT? Non-Fungible Tokens mainly refer to digital files of various digital and physical goods and creations that are stored as tokens and can be traded easily. The main appeal of NFTs is their uniqueness; every digital file has its own unique value and standing. Once stored on the blockchain, buyers can own these tokens as digital assets.

  3. Why NFT? • Well-defined ownership protected in Blockchain Environment • NFT’s are easily transferable • Each NFT is unique, thus enhances authenticity of associated content

  4. NFT and Patents Broadly, NFTs leverage blockchain technology, however apart from the blockchain, a wide range of technologies are incorporated in NFTs. Though during the initial days, the biggest question was on the patent eligibility of NFT technology, in recent years, we have seen a surge in patent filings in this technology space.
