IBPS RRB PO COACHING IBPS RRB Clerk Exam Recruitment process Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organizations listed above as a Probationary Officer/Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE-RRB Clerk). Candidates who appear and are shortlisted in the examination, will subsequently be issued a score card valid for one year period. Interview is taken by the respective bank (RRBs) itself according to the seats available.
