  1. Moving-Out Guidelines Every Rental Property Owner Should Consider Guidelines that will help a rental property owner to manage the property while the tenant is moving out are: 01 Schedule a move-out inspection where the tenant is required to turn in all keys and will not be allowed to stay after. 02 Ensure that the tenant has removed all personal items and trash from the entire property including the yard, garage, and shed. 03 Inform your tenants in advance that the carpets should be professionally cleaned and be free of stain and odor before the move-out inspection. 04 Check that the entire house is disinfected and free of dirt, grime, food stains, marks, fireplace ashes, debris, dust, spider webs, etc. 05 Make sure to test all the smoke alarms and A/C filters at the time of the inspection. Batteries should be working in all the alarms. www.hunterrentals.com Hunter Rentals & Sales 1503 W Stan Schlueter Lp, Killeen, TX 76549 Phone: (254) 634 - 3311 Image Source: Designed by Freepik
