When you feel that you need to make up for lost sleep, go take a nap rather than waking up late. Napping is helpful so you won’t disturb your sleep-wake rhythm. However be careful that you do not over nap. You have to make sure that your nap will be only for 30 minutes maximum. Anything longer than this will affect your night time sleep.
