  1. INDEMNITY BOND To : Shriram City Union Finance Limited CIN : L65191TN1986PLC012840 Regd. office: 123, Angappa Naicken Street, Chennai 600 001, Tamil Nadu. Sir/Madam, Sub: Indemnity Bond for Fixed Deposit Receipt No. ________________________________(“FDR”) with Shriram City Union Finance Limited (“Company”) I/We apply for issue of Duplicate Deposit Receipt in lieu of the FDR stated above as a Depositor/Joint holder/Nominee/ Legal heir of the depositor of the FDR. The FDR is held in the name of (1) ________________________________________________________ (2) ______________________________________ (name of the FD holder) in the Company. The FD holder passed away on _______________________ (Date) and the relevant Death Certificate duly notarized or original Death Certificate is enclosed herewith (strike out this sentence in case not applicable). I assure that there will not be any claim against this FDR from anyone. The FDR has not been pledged/mortgaged/charged with any bank(s), financial institution(s) or person(s). I/We shall indemnify and keep the Company harmless for any loss arising out of the FDR. I/We will reimburse all the expenses that the Company / its director may incur including lawyer’s fees, charges etc. I /We undertake if at any time the FDR is found, I/We will surrender the same to the Company for cancellation.
