1. How Panel Cooler Works? Panel cooler is a cooling machine which serves the purpose of purpose of purging and cooling electrical and electronic control panels. It basically provides the air conditioning to the electrical enclosures and machine operations by using a stainless steel vortex tube to create cold air from natural air. In industry, it is considered as one of the most affordable and reliable ways to cool electronic control panels. 2. Now coming back to the important part i.e. working of the panel cooler. Filtered and compressed air enters the cabinet enclosure cooler through the vortex tube. The air is later split into two streams, one hot and one cold. The muffled hot air from the vortex tube is expelled through the top of the air conditioner. The cold air is directed into the enclosure through the cold air distribution hose. Hot air inside the enclosure rises and exits to atmosphere via the air exhaust at a slight positive pressure. The enclosure is both purged and cooled with clean air. No outside air is allowed to enter the enclosure.
