  • Coconut oil has the anti-inflammatory properties that can help you reduce your sensitive tooth pain.

What to Do:

  • Put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into your mouth.
  • Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Spit the oil out and brush well.
  • Do this once daily, especially every morning.
