  1. Explore Herbalist tour near Moshi Moshi is a town in northern Tanzania, near the Kenyan border. It is one of Tanzania’s major coffee producing hubs. Moshi is known for its coffee farms and auctions. It is behind one of the most beautiful scenery, the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Moshi is also known as a gateway to Kilimanjaro National park, home to Africa’s highest mountain and a dormant volcano, Mount Kilimanjaro. Moshi is considered as one of the cleanest towns in Tanzania. The town located at an altitude of 890m above sea level hosts several cultural programs on the slope of Mount Kilimanjaro. This is the kind of place when you can relax in a friendly atmosphere Tourist majorly takes a Mount Kilimanjaro day hike to Mandara Hut, Rhino watching, tackling the “roof of Africa”, or simply digging into some delicious local food.

Depending on the type or class of climbers: Lemosho and Rongai routes are recommended for novices, Northern Circuit and Machame routes are for the beginners, Marangu and Umbwe are for climbers with prior hiking experience. Note: Camping can be done on all routes except Marangu. Best time to climb: Mount Kilimanjaro does not experience the extremes of winter and summer weather, but rather dry and wet seasons as the Mount proximity to the equator. Therefore, the best time to climb is in the warmest and driest months. The best months would be January, Feb, March, and July-October. The peak of Kilimanjaro lit up by the full moon, the view is absolutely stunning hence climbers schedule their trek to coincide with the celestial event occurring once in a month.
