Performing basic office work, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. Handling clients via phone, messages, and email. Should take care of transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, etc. Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
