  1. March 27 Cheer Parent Meeting Please sign in and pick up the handouts.

  2. Change of dates on Calendar • Captain clinic dates • 8th grade V. Staff Basketball Game • No practice on Good Friday • Car Wash in May - TBA

  3. Summer Camp • No date yet. Usually the first week of August • Day camp (9:00-2:00ish) • At a local school • WATER!!!! • Need to bring a sack lunch with a drink • Monday – Friday • Friday: 9:00-6:45pm • Friday: Friend & Family Performance 7:00pm

  4. Captain tryouts • Applications out in mid April • Make up own chant • Clinic • Wednesday, April 25 • 3:45-5:00 • Try-out in front of judges • Friday, April 27 • 4:00-5:30 • Wear Maroon Mania t-shirt and maroon shorts

  5. Fundraising - Car Wash • Saturday in May • Kroger parking lot • Parent volunteers needed • Cheerleaders will work in shifts • More info to come.

  6. Merits & Demerits • Our grading system • Hold cheerleaders accountable • Ask for a basic breakdown of merits and demerits at anytime.

  8. Next Cheer Parent Meeting • May 17, 6:00 • RCMS Library • Camp & T-shirt Fee Due • $80.00 • Refundable until May 21 • Each family shirt will cost $8.00 • Need sizes

  9. Additional Supplies* need by camp * • Physical – if you’re not in athletics then you need to get a physical by camp. • Gray and Maroon shorts • We have a few pairs that can be checked out. • Buy from ($5.00 - $7.00) • Audie Hornsby – Macie’s mom • Sports Authority or Academy

  10. Supplies being order that you get to keep • 2 SILVER bow • 1 BLACK bag
