Our Company Family-run organisation helping companies and charities with Payroll Giving since 1994 Hands On Payroll Giving help employees set up donations, and help companies (free of charge) set up and promote Payroll Giving to their workforce. Payroll Giving is a way of giving money directly from pay salary to a UK charity without paying tax on it. Through the scheme, also known as Give As You Earn, you can regularly donate from your gross salary to any UK cause.

  4. Our Story Hands On was established in 1994 from the family home in the Peak District. More than twenty-five years on, proprietor Wendy Tapping is still Chief Executive, with her daughter Penny as Campaigns & Digital Director. Wendy utilises her experience with client management, business development and training the team, whilst Penny directs digital channels, campaign delivery and data management. We remain a small but highly productive team based in the Hope Valley. We're proud to help employees across the UK give to any cause they love.
