A Data Driven People Analytics for HR Team – An Open Secret by Google Managing people has been a challenging task for decades, but the current trend in the use of data and analytics in all fields is changing the way it evolves. HR is no exception to this. Incorporating the metrics into your organization to track the performance of the people and their productivity is highly related with the revenue of an organization and it is the s. We all might have heard of the metrics, without knowing what it really means and how it is made. 1) Turnover Rate Out of all the metrics, no one can deny the fact that turnover takes the very first metrics in an organization. This is not to be confused with the major metrics called ‘attrition rate’. Many use it interchangeably, but turnaround is the number of employees leaving your organization in a certain period of time. Let’s see how turnover is being calculated.
