No, the Delta 8 Suckers made with hemp oil will not make you high. Hemp oil lollipops are manufactured from the hemp seed, thus they do not include tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the component of cannabis that is responsible for producing the psychoactive effects of the drug. There are no trace components present in the hemp seeds; nevertheless, there is a possibility that hemp seed oil may contain trace levels of THC if the production process causes plant debris to stick to the seed surface.
