  4. Driving alongside a truck can be extremely dangerous. If there is a vehicle in front of you that is trying to pass the truck as well, and is not quick enough, you incur the risk of a major accident. • If the truck loses control, it can swerve right into your vehicle, crushing it instantly. • If the truck requires to change lanes quickly, you can be at a major disadvantage. • Tire blowouts of trucks can turn out to be quite hazardous.
