  1. The Right Order to Clean Your Home Getting your home clean and organized might seem like an impossible task, but that’s because you’re not doing it the right way. Cleaning your home from top to bottom can be an overwhelming process, but it’s important to get it done in order to make sure all areas of your house cleaning service are properly maintained. Kitchen Cleaning your kitchen should be the first order of business before tackling any other room in your home. A clean kitchen will make it easier for you to work and will also help keep your other rooms cleaner. Here are some tips that may come in handy while you're cleaning: Wipe down all appliances with a dry cloth or paper towel. Wipe out the sink and rinse it with water. Spray down the floor and wipe up any messes. If you have pets, don't forget about their food bowls and water dishes! Bathrooms It's important to clean your bathroom first, before you start cleaning the other rooms in your home. This will allow you to take care of the most sanitary area first, and then move on to less sanitary areas. Some people prefer doing bathrooms after living rooms because they don't want dirty fingerprints all over the furniture while they clean it. Others like doing bathrooms before living rooms because they know that their bathroom is as clean as can be when starting with a dirty room. No matter what order people choose, one thing remains true: do your bathrooms first!

  2. Bedrooms While it's true that a clean home is a happy home, it can also be a very stressful home if you're not cleaning it in the right order. The first and most important step to keeping your house clean is cleaning your bedroom. It's the room where you sleep and spend most of your time when you're at home. It's also the room that accumulates clutter like toys, clothes and even dirty dishes. If you don't clean this room, then all of those items will end up being moved around into other rooms in your house, making them dirtier in turn. Plus, no one wants to get into bed at night with dirty sheets! Living room When you clean your living room, the best order is: Vacuum or sweep Take out any garbage or recycling Pick up all loose papers and other items on the floor Remove cobwebs from corners of the room Dust everything in sight Vacuum again for good measure Dining room The dining room is the heart of your home, so it should be spotless. Keeping a clean dining room doesn't have to take a lot of time, but you do need to be strategic. This is the order in which you should clean your dining room: 1.Dust off all surfaces 2.Vacuum and mop the floor 3.Wipe down all surfaces 4.Sweep away debris 5.Shine up light fixtures 6.Organize items in drawers 7.Return furniture back to its original position 8.Check for any other tasks that might need to be done Home office Whether your home office is a designated room or just a desk in the corner of your living room, it is important to keep it clean and organized. Here are some tips on how you can stay on top of your cleaning duties 1. Get into a routine Decide what needs to be done every day and stick with that plan. 2. Prioritize Identify tasks that will take the most time or will make the biggest difference 3. Don't be afraid to get help Hire professionals cleaning services for bigger jobs like mopping and vacuuming, especially if you're juggling other commitments 4. Take care of minor issues as they arise Unsticking drawers and getting rid of clutter may seem trivial but these small things can pile up over time 5. Build your work schedule around downtime Make sure there's time for breaks so that chores don't become overwhelming

  3. Entryway and Mudroom Many of us start our day with a clean house and then it all goes downhill from there. Clothes are strewn on the floor, dishes are left in the sink, and who knows what else is going on. The key to keeping your house clean is knowing the right order to do things. Start by picking up any clothes off of the floor and putting them in their respective drawers or closets. Put any dishes that need to be washed into the dishwasher or wash them by hand. Vacuum up any crumbs from around the house and wipe down surfaces with a cleaner cloth. Now that you've gotten rid of some of these things, you can put your focus back on those tasks that require more attention like dusting lamps, baseboards, door frames, etc. Outdoor Spaces Start with outdoor spaces. Sweep or vacuum your sidewalk, driveway, and porch. Sweep your deck, patio, or porch. Sweep any dirt off the ground outside of your house and dispose of it in a garbage can. Brush any leaves out of the way. Wipe down all windows and siding on the outside of your house using vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) or a solution of white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide (1 part white vinegar to 3 parts hydrogen peroxide). Rinse with clean water afterward so there is no residue left behind on the windows that could cause streaking when they dry. Move indoors. Vacuum flooring surfaces if you haven't already done so in the first step.
