  2. The Spirit cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and terms for canceling a flight or making changes to an existing reservation. As per the policy, customers are allowed to make changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. However, any changes made after this period will attract a fee depending on the type of fare purchased. Moreover, cancellation requests must be made directly through Spirit's website or customer service department, and refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within two weeks. It is worth noting that some tickets may not be eligible for cancellations or refunds since they are non-reversible fares.
