  2. Program Overview Program Overview: • Technology has had an ever increasing impact on our lives. The technologist of tomorrow will need to be lifelong learners and with a wider scope of knowledge and work than ever before. • The Glocal School of Technology aims at educating young men and women to become designers, producers and efficient users of Technology. • Glocal School of Technology offers 4year B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree in various branches of technology viz., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Energy Studies. • Technology department also offers BSc in Mathematics and Bachelor in Computer Application, whereas, Technology and Law department together offer combined B.Tech + L.L.B degree in different compatible fields.

Eligibility: • Admission to the 4-Years B.Tech. program is made strictly on merit based on the All India Entrance Examination modestly titled “Glocal Admission Test for Technology (GATT). • The eligibility criteria for appearing in the entrance test for the 4-Years B.Tech. program are as follows: • Candidate must have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in 10+2 or equivalent examinations. • Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examination can also appear for the test on the condition that they produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the prescribed marks at the time of admission.

  4. NRI/NRI Sponsored students will be admitted on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination, overall academic record and proficiency in English. • Admission of foreign nationals, however, shall be made directly if the prescribed academic qualifications are met. • They are exempted from taking the admission test. Other rules regarding eligibility for admission will be applicable as they are to other candidates.

  5. Admission Procedure Candidates for B.Tech. degree program me shall be selected by the Admission Committee, based on the performance at the Glocal Admission Test for Technology.
