TERM GRADE CALCULATION Term 1 (September-January) 2020/21 Term 2 (February-June) 2020/21 The student, “X”, gets the following grades: "1 to 7" 5 in his midterm exam, which corresponds to 25% = 1.25 6 in his term exam, which corresponds to 45% = 2.7 6 in his weekly performance (quizzes, classwork, homework, mini-projects), which corresponds to 30% = 1.8 1.25 + 2.7 + 1.8 = 5.75 = 6 The grade which must be reported to parents at the end of term is 6. Midterm exam - 25% Term exam - 45% Weekly - 30% Total mark 5 = 1.25 6 = 2.7 6 = 1.8 6
