  1. ECAM report #1

  2. Generally speaking • The group is consolidating • Three calls during the last months • Increasing participation (and duration!) • Liaisons started • Mature: eIRG, Australia • Shaping: ENISA, MACE • Promising: EUDL, EUNIS • More to come

  3. Some areas of discussion • Ideas for the future GN3 • And as much lobby as we can make • Possible FP7 projects coming out the community • Thinking about DAMe-II, for example • Alternative ways of funding for projects • CELTIC, ITEA,... • The issue of controlled vocabularies • More on this soon • Programs for events • This one, EuroCAMPs, CAMPinos,... • The multi-TF gathering at the coming TNC

  4. And a couple of results • The collection on data about campus AuthN standards available at the REFEDs wiki • Compiled from discussions held in several parallel lists • The agreement in trying to coordinate and fund the development of secureW2 • Initially, along with the direct initiative of SURFNet and (possibly) UKERNA • And a proposal for GN2 Y4 • Pursue other options if the above way is not feasible
