Georgia Health Insurance Marketplace was established on July 14, 2011 shortly after the passage of the Affordable Care Act. We enroll and re-enroll Georgia residents directly into Federal Marketplace Plans via the Federally Facilitated Marketplace's Enhanced Direct Enrollment System.
