  2. Cashew Shelling Machine Shelling RCN produces a monthly fixed out put of Kernels and Shells in shelling process. The oil oozing shells need to be separated from the kernels immediately after shelling to avoid hazzardous oil contamination of CNSL on edibleckernels.The Shelling machine output passes through a perforated vibratory deck to separate kernels from the shells.The lightweight shells are sucked out through a Pneumatic aspirator and carried away for further storage/use and disposal. www.giagrotech.com

  3. RCN Storage Silos • Storage silos are used in RCN processing for storing RCN at multiple process stages.After Cooking, Silos are used to store steamed RCN for cooling. After Sizing, Silos are used for storage of Sized RCN before the Shelling process.Standard Capacity – 250 kgs to 25 mt per silo and mobile silos with wheels of 250 kg are offered to move collections frm sieve out let to next process stage. www.giagrotech.com
