  2. Hi! I'm Fred Layman I am currently the Director of Operations of the Windermere Country Club in Columbia, SC.

  3. Chief Operations Officer I operate the highest levels of the private club industry at some of the finest clubs in the country.

  4. Knowledge and Experience I am expert in membership acquisition and retention, I also have a strong background in financial management that includes budgets in excess of five million.

  5. Passionate and Determined Leader I have many accomplishments so far in my career. I achieved a growth, leadership role in the Palm Springs Celebrity Golf Classic as well as The Lipton Tennis Tournament from birth to the fifth biggest tennis event in the world.
