Step 1 Check if Deco router unit is connected with the modem via Ethernet cable. Examine cable for any damage, if found replace it with a new one. Make sure that the cable is plugged in the modem’s LAN port. Also, make sure Deco is connected to power outlet – receiving electricity. Reboot the Deco router once by unplugging the device from power socket and plug it again to reconnect the device to power.
