Resistance band seated rowing- Here you sit down on the ground with a straight back and feet extending in front of you. Next you need to double down the bands and pull the bands against the feet towards your torso back and forth. 2. Resistance band shoulder press- In this style you’ll have to slide your feet on the band and extend it all the way up above your elbows. Followed by a push with a straight posture back and forth. This part of the routine can be completed in 2 reps with 45 seconds each. Start with a straight set of burpees, pull ups , jumping jacks as fast as you can for 5-10 minutes maximum. 2.
