Activities The Directorate of Industrial Trainingwas set up around the year of 1956, when the Directorate General Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour, Govt. In this connection, West Bengal SC & ST Development & Finance Corporation has determined to organize Skill Development Training for the youths belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) communities of the State of West Bengal in the Healthcare Sector, by Brainware Consultancy Private Limited, a premier institute in West Bengal and a first-rate accomplice of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandira, Belur Math was founded in 1958 by Srimat Swami Vimuktanandaji Maharaj (one of the architects for actualizing the tutorial imaginative and prescient as was envisaged by Swami Vivekananda), as a Residential Teachers' Training College for male students sponsored by the Govt, of West Bengal and affiliated to the University of Calcutta.
