  1. Safety Training is the backbone of your health and safety management system. Not only do you want to ensure that all your staff are able to prevent incidents but you also want the certificates of training to prove that you have taken all the necessary steps to ensure staff safety training. South Africa needs more skilled staff and a safety and health training course is the perfect place to start. Fall protection is essential when working at height. It is the difference between life and death. In South Africa, 14% of fatalities are from falling at heights, and this is why it is vital to have the correct safety equipment when working at height. Fall protection on its own is not enough. Employees need training to prove that they know how to use the equipment, how to work with scaffolding and ladders.
