  • 32 web-based
  • 3 paper-based
  • Previous First-year Student surveys had 27(2004) and 26(2001) universities
  • 12,682 completed questionnaires returned in 2007
  • 1,000 Trent Students surveyed and 407 students returned questionnaires
  • Overall response rate 44%
  • Trent response rate 41%
  • Per university response rate ranged from 20% to 60%
