Engage in water sports like parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skiing (₹200-₹500). This untouched beach is walkable, clean, and less crowded than Alibaug.   3. 2. Suvarna Ganesh Temple: Golden Idol Mystery Visit the Suvarna Ganesh Temple, home to the legendary golden Ganesh idol. Though stolen in 2012 and replaced with a silver one, the story remains. The idol was found in a copper box in 1997. Don't miss Ganesh Jayanti, the major festival in Feb/Mar.

It is ideal for solitude and landscape photography, and boasts breathtaking sunset views. Also, explore the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, a 69 sq km area with diverse flora and fauna. Drive 2+ hours to the sanctuary and visit post-monsoon, Oct-Feb.
