  4. ErgonomicRisk Assessment fulldaystrainingonInitialErgonomics Risk Assessment(IERA)whichistoDescribethe GuidelinesonErgonomicsRiskAssessmentat Workplace2017. Understandthepurposeandbenefits ofthe guidelines.Applyasystematicplanandanobjective approach in identifying, assessing, and controlling ergonomics riskfactorsintheworkplace.Attheendofthe trainingsession,participantsshould be abletowrite the IERA report. The participants that PASS the report submissiontoDOSHwillbecertifiedasErgonomics TrainedPerson(ETP).

ChemicalHealthRiskAssessmentismandatorytobeconductedevery5 yearsbyaregisteredHygieneTechnician, gazetteunderOSH–USECHHRegulations2000.

NoiseRiskAssessment(NRA) NoiseRiskAssessmentistoprovideexcessivenoisedataintheworkplaceand enableemployerstoidentify employeeswhomaybeexposedtoexcessivenoisesothattheirexposures canbecarriedoutandconductaninitiative onhowtoovercometheproblemsfacedbythecompanyitself. TheDepartmentofOccupationalSafety&Health(DOSH),Malaysiathrough theOccupationalSafety&Health(NoiseExposure) Regulation2019,enforcestherequirementforsafenoiselevelsinaworkplace. UnderthesaidRegulation,anyemployerof aworkplaceshallcarryoutaNoiseRiskAssessment(NRA)toidentifyif his/heremployeeislikelytobeexposedtoexcessivenoise.
