  2. NIFTYFUTURE • Sensex closed 575.70 points, or 2.28 per cent up at 25,881.17, while Nifty 50 index settled 186.05 points, or 2.40 per cent, up at 7934.90. Nifty surged over 2 per cent on Wednesday after a private weather forecaster Skymet raised the outlook for the 2016 monsoon amid firm global cues. Sentiments further improved after Citigroup said that India’s GDP growth for the fourth quarter of 2015-16 is likely to improve to 7.8 per cent – the highest pace in six quarters – on account of uptrend in economic activity and favorable base effect. • Technical views: • Nifty future closed at 7943.00 on Wednesday. Nifty today trade above the range of 7850 and also reached the level of 7900 and maintained the level till closing. Expiry of the May month expect to between the range of 7850-7900.

Bank nifty showing bearish pattern on daily chart ,bank nifty may be trade in the range of 16200-16600 for a short time. INDUSIND BANK (5.03%) and ICICI BANK (4.65%) the top gainers in bank nifty future. • Technical views: • Bank nifty Open up at 16675.00, to its previous closing 16488.10 on Wednesday and touched high of 17045.00. Bank nifty technically may be trade in the range of 16300-16900 for a short time. if its manage or sustain above the level of 17000 than new high might be seen.

  6. USD/INR • The Indian rupee opened higher by 12 paise at 67.63 per dollar on Wednesday against previous close of 67.75. A strong US dollar, an uptick in oil prices, and overall weak portfolio flows are likely to keep the rupee under pressure in the near term. Persistence of dollar strength and consequent shift in risk appetite will continue weighing on the currency ahead of Fed's June policy meeting.   7. EUROPEANMARKET • European markets closed sharply higher on thursday with shares in London leading the region. The FTSE 100 is up 0.07% while France's CAC 40 is up 1.12% and Germany's DAX is up 1.45%.

  8. ASIAN MARKET • Asian markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The Hang Seng gained 2.71% and the Nikkei 225 rose 1.57%. The Shanghai Composite lost 0.23%.
