  2. Sensex closed 189.90 points up at 23,381.87. Nifty settled 72.05 points up at 7,120.30. Buying in the last hour of trade amid firm European markets helped domestic benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty to close the day in positive zone in a volatile trading session. Overall market breadth for the day remained positive and advances to declines ratio for Nifty stood at 35:14 for the day. NIFTY FUTURE

BANK NIFTY FUTURE Bank Nifty rose 69 point (0.49%) and closed at 14163.95 on Wednesday. bank nifty shown consolidation in half trading session ,positive opening of European market helped bank nifty to move upward. BANK OF BARODA(5.69%) and SBIN (1.63%) and is the top gainers in bank nifty future.

  4. USD/ INR: The rupee fell to near record lows against the dollar on Wednesday, forcing the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to intervene to stem further falls on a tough day for Asian currencies. The rupee fell to as low as 68.67 to the dollar, not far from a record low of 68.85 hit in August 2013 when India was struggling with its worst financial turmoil since the 1991 balance of payment crisis. It was trading at 68.6100/6150 as of 11.35 am, down nearly 0.4 percent from Tuesday's close of 68.3725/68.3825 and taking its losses so far this year to around 3.6 percent.

  5. EUROPEAN MARKET: European markets finished broadly higher on Wednesday with shares in Germany leading the region. The DAX is up 2.58% while London's FTSE 100 is up 2.79% and France's CAC 40 is higher by 2.90%.

  6. ASIAN MARKET: Asian markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The Shanghai Composite gained 1.08%, while the Nikkei 225 led the Hang Seng lower. They fell 1.36% and 1.03% respectively
