  1. How to configure outlook for Gmail manually Here i am going to discuss how to configure Outlook for Gmail manually. For any other support or technical trouble i have sharing with you the Microsoft Outlook Customer care number 1-888-410-9071. Firstly you have to configure your Gmail to work with outlook then you are ready to configure Outlook for Gmail. Below are the following steps you need to follow:

  2. Configure Gmail for work with Outlook Step 1: Login your gmail account. Step 2: Click on gear icon and select settings. Step 3: Select forwarding and POP/IMAP which is provided above your inbox. Step 4: Click to choose Enable POP for all the mail that comes from now on. Step 5: Click on save changes. After you configure Gmail for POP, you can add you Gmail account to Outlook. Here are the following steps.

  3. Steps to configure Outlook to Gmail manually. Step 1: open your Outlook.com and go to account settings. Step 2: Select “Manual configure server setting” then click “Next” Step 3: Select “Internet Email” and then fill all your details i.e. your name, your email address and password. Step 4: If you wish to create POP select POP otherwise IMAP. Step 5: For incoming server type pop.gmail.com/ Imap.gmail.com for outgoing server type smtp.gmail.com. Step 6: click on “More Settings” and select on “outgoing server” tab.

  4. Step 7: Select “My Outgoing server(smtp)” requires Authentications. Step 8: Click on “Use same setting as my incoming mail server”. Step 9: click on “Advanced” tab. Then fill the following details: • In incoming server port: input 995 for POP and 993 for IMAP • In outgoing server port(SMTP): input 587 for POP and 465 for IMAP Step 10: Click “OK” to close the setting and then Outlook test your account Step 11: click Finish.
